Specifically for FM synthesis… Below is a good FM Synthesis Introduction (as well as other synth videos). It isn't based on Reaktor and doesn't include a discussion of sidebands or an explanation of the Index of Modulation - but it is still an excellent introduction to this topic.
Also, you can go to YouTube and MetaCafe and type "Reaktor" "how to" or "tutorial" into the search field and find some helpful (and some not-so-helpful) videos.
